Bethany West offers excellent community amenities, including two swimming pools, a kids playground, basketball courts, four tennis courts, and eight pickleball courts. Whether you’re looking to stay active or just unwind, there’s something for everyone. The location is hard to beat. You’re close to local favorites like DiFebo’s Italian Market, Wawa, Bethany Beverage Company, Surfin’ Betty’s Burger Bar, Off the Hook, Rita’s, and more. Great food, shopping, and beach fun are all within minutes. This home is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable beach getaway with resort-style amenities and easy access to everything Bethany has to offer. Things to know: Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
