Community trams provide easy access to any amenity of your choice - a list that also includes fitness centers. Back at home in your villa, there's space for the whole family to kick back and unwind. Settle into the living room and watch a movie, or play one of the provided board games around the six-person table. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Need some fresh air post-dinner? Step outside to your furnished deck that's nestled under the trees. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
