As you enter this air-conditioned first floor gem, you are greeted by a spacious pristine open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Coffee enthusiasts will surely appreciate both Keurig and drip coffee makers! The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and unwind with loved ones while watching entertaining shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The living room opens onto a screened porch with seating that looks over a small wooded lot. The porch has a small open-air deck at the back. Additional perks include smart TVs in all bedrooms and a stacked washer/dryer. This entire unit has been fully renovated and has a fantastic location across the lot from the Tennis and Pickleball Center, near two outdoor pools, and within walking distance of the Sea Colony Marketplace with restaurants and shops.
