Located on the fifth floor of the Brandywine House Building, this family-friendly retreat features all the comforts of a home while still providing that novel beach resort vibe. You'll love having access to a private beach, 12 pools, world-class tennis courts, a basketball court, fitness centers, a sauna, and a community shuttle. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee out on the private oceanfront balcony. Inside, the main living area boasts comfortable furniture strategically located near a large TV. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to prepare savory meals and snacks. The bedroom provides ample sprawling space and loads of natural lighting, ensuring that you're always comfortable and content. Extra interior perks include a stackable washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
