Spend endless hours out in your screened front porch and watch the world go by. Create favorite recipes in the beautifully updated kitchen, dine together at the adjacent table, and then kick back and watch TV shows in the sun-soaked living area. Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
