You'll be a short walk away from Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach and from the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room. This first-level retreat also features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a den with queen-size bunk beds, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms which include the main bedroom. You'll also have central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, three TVs, a DVD player, and even free WiFi. Sea Colony features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools, two of which are indoor, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and noted by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW The 'door' for the third bedroom is an accordion-style door that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the living area. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older.
