Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level-seaside layout has everything you could want and boasts a wealth of new upgrades for 2023. Enjoy lounging on the new couches and chairs in the living room while watching the new 55' TV or try the new porch furniture if you want some fresh air. When the group is hungry, the kitchen renovations include new LG appliances, new flooring, cabinets, countertops, dinnerware, glassware, and other kitchenware to assist in your culinary endeavors. The new washer/dryer and HVAC unit also help ensure you'll be able to rest easy while here. Both bedrooms feature new beds, dressers, side tables, and overhead lights, with the primary also having an overhead fan. If you need another sleeping space, the laundry room and closet were converted into a new bedroom, complete with a bunk bed! The bathrooms include new vanities and lighting as well.
