Sea Colony is a premier oceanfront resort and residential community in Bethany Beach, Delaware, offering a half-mile of private, guarded beach, 12 swimming pools (including indoor facilities), world-class tennis and pickleball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Spread across oceanfront high-rises and inland townhomes, it caters to families. Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person fee for guests four and older. This fee varies by the time of year. The local VueStay team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
