The bedroom includes an en suite powder room along with a full bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Indulge in a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen or just whip up a frothy summer cooler. Delight in days full of sun and fun and at night have a restful sleep listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Streaming is available with your own accounts. This rental is located on the ground level of a raised platform that can be accessed via stairs or ramps. There is no elevator. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
