Other things to note

The fireplace is not available for guest use. Community Features: Tennis, playground, and beautiful private ocean beach (with a Red Cross-certified lifeguard from the weekend after Memorial Day through Labor Day). Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
