Five-minute drive (two miles) to downtown Bethany or 35-minute walk along the beach to ice cream on the Boardwalk! Two miles to Hocker's G&E supermarket. Easy walking to the entrance of the Fresh Pond State Park with a three-mile walking or bicycling loop for an escape into Bay wetlands. Main level and upper level well-configured to accommodate separate families. Quiet backyard for children to play in. Decks on two levels with deck furniture for sunbathing and socializing; enjoy a meal at the large picnic table and children's picnic table. Full bathroom Utility room: large capacity washer and dryer. Garage: is not available for parking but has plenty of space for your outdoor gear and a workbench for your summer projects, as well as a refrigerator to store extra food and beverages. There are plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys for use by guests. Library of 100s of books, with a wide selection of thrillers, novels, history and cookbooks. Loads of games and toys. Queen sleep sofa. Screened porch: off the living room. Spacious porch with comfortable seating and dining table, ceiling fan, and access to deck. Dining area: Large dining table with six chairs; extra chairs in screened porch and bedrooms. Also, bar stool seating for four at kitchen counter. Community Features: Tennis, playground, and beautiful private ocean beach (with a Red Cross-certified lifeguard from the weekend after Memorial Day through Labor Day). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
