The garage has a shower and there is a large primary bedroom with a sitting area, a bayfront balcony, and a primary bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. The second level offers two primary bedrooms and bathrooms with balconies. The third level offers a kitchen, a dining area, a living area, a powder room, a balcony, and a primary bedroom and bathroom. The fourth level offers a bedroom and bathroom.
