With four full bathrooms, including three walk-in showers, getting ready after a day in the sun is easy and comfortable for everyone. You’ll also love the convenient outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach or a day on the water. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. The dining area is ideal for gathering together, while the cozy living room with TV and cable provides the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Please note: the fireplace is not available for guest use. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the fresh coastal air with comfortable outdoor seating. The home also includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a comfortable stay year-round. Fresh linens and towels are provided for a seamless, worry-free experience. Located just a short distance from the ocean, this home is ideally situated for a variety of activities, from beachcombing and bird watching to stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. Whether you're planning a beach getaway, a family vacation, or a group retreat, Heron Bay has everything you need for a memorable stay. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
