Level one offers an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, open porch, and large screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom with a large deck, primary bathroom, and two bedrooms with a hall bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
