When you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. One of the living areas additionally features a gas fireplace, adding a warm touch to your stay. Spend your evenings lounging on the covered front deck, which boasts a gas heater and numerous seats. The upper level houses all four bedrooms, and three of the four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom for additional convenience and privacy. As for outdoor living, this house is unbeatable! Discover a large fenced backyard with a built-in gas firepit, an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off, a gas grill for summertime barbecues, and two picnic tables under the home. Things to Know This is an elevated home that you must climb steps to reach the main level. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
