Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or streaming a movie marathon on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table with an exquisite chandelier, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With nine beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts an incredible amount of sleep, a TV for private viewing, a private entrance to the deck, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. THINGS TO KNOW The beach across Rt 1 from the home is private and not accessible to guests. There is no cable. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
