Inside this one-level home, you'll find stylish, modern furnishings, high ceilings, and abundant natural light thanks to the large set of French doors onto the lanai. The open layout combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining area and living room, making it a dream for entertaining or gathering with friends and family. The chef can use the full suite of stainless steel appliances to whip up family favorites and there's plenty of room to sit down for a meal together around the window-front table. Unwind at home each evening in the central AC while you toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Grab a spot on the large sectional and stream the latest release, or use the free high-speed WiFi to catch up on remote work in the bonus room/office space. Catch a spectacular sunset over the canal, then keep dinner simple on the gas grill, or even simpler with a visit to a local restaurant. Call it a night in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms, with the split floor plan offering the primary suite plenty of privacy. Pool Heating Terms & Conditions Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat. The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed. When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature. Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches. Cold fronts can occasionally bring significantly cooler temperatures to Cape Coral, especially from December through February. For example, temperatures in the Cape Coral–Fort Myers area dropped into the upper 30s during a January 2025 cold snap, and another strong cold front in November 2025 brought morning temperatures into the low 40s. These colder periods can significantly affect the performance of an electric pool heater. Please Keep in Mind Pool heat can make swimming much more comfortable during Florida's cooler months, but pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor air temperature, overnight temperatures, wind, rain, cold fronts, and other weather conditions can all affect how quickly the pool warms and the temperature it can maintain.
