About this home

Stunningly situated with 86 feet of water frontage at the meeting point of Gloriana and Traveler Canals, this three-bedroom home brings custom design, beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, and a uniquely Floridian atmosphere to your next escape to Cape Coral. Whether you pull your car into the driveway or tie up your boat to the private dock, you'll be greeted by breezy, light-filled living spaces both inside and out. Spend your days fishing and sunbathing on the spacious dock, cooling off in the private heated swimming pool, and sipping tropical cocktails in the shade of the tiki hut on the water. The outdoor space also includes a covered terrace where you can watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee in hand, as well as a screened-in dining area with a gas grill for your daily fresh catch. Zero-edge sliding glass pocket doors help bring the beauty of the outdoors in, where you'll find ample space for entertaining and relaxing amid large rooms, ceramic tile floors, and tray ceilings. Let the warm gulf breezes awake you each morning, prepare breakfast on stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and enjoy views of the water from almost every room. You'll also have two adult-size bikes to assist you in exploring the neighborhood, and the comforts of central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and four flatscreen TVs to welcome you home from your daily excursions. What's nearby: This custom-built, waterfront home sits at the intersection of the sailboat-access Gloriana and Traveler Canals, approximately one mile north of the Cape Harbour Marina. It's a wonderful location for boating enthusiasts and anglers, with easy water access out to the Caloosahatchee River and the open Gulf of Mexico beyond. If you're looking to hit the beach nearby, take your pick of the riverfront Yacht Club Public Beach (five miles southeast) or Fort Myers Beach (15 miles south) and Sanibel Island (19 miles south) on the white sand gulf shore. Things to know: You may tie boats to the dock with your own ropes,. Use of the boat lift is not permitted. Guests who would like the pool heater turned on should contact VueStay at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heat is available October 1 - May 1. Before Adding Pool Heat We recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay when deciding whether to add pool heat to the reservation. Electric pool heaters rely on the outdoor air temperature to warm the water and are generally capable of heating pool water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature under favorable conditions. During periods of cooler weather, ( typically in December, January and February and particularly when a cold front moves through Southwest Florida, the pool may take longer to warm and may not reach or maintain 85°F. Important: Electric pool heaters may not operate when the outdoor temperature is approximately 55°F or below. Because pool heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Average Monthly Temperatures in Cape Coral Southwest Florida enjoys warm weather throughout much of the year, but temperatures can vary considerably during the fall and winter. Historical averages can be helpful when planning your trip, but we always recommend checking the current forecast before deciding whether to add pool heat. Please see the chart below: Month Average High Average Low January 74°F (23°C) 56°F (13°C) February 76°F (24°C) 58°F (14°C) March 79°F (26°C) 61°F (16°C) April 83°F (28°C) 65°F (18°C) May 87°F (31°C) 70°F (21°C) June 89°F (32°C) 73°F (23°C) July 90°F (32°C) 74°F (23°C) August 91°F (33°C) 76°F (24°C) September 89°F (32°C) 75°F (24°C) October 85°F (29°C) 71°F (22°C) November 80°F (27°C) 64°F (18°C) December 75°F (24°C) 58°F (14°C) Cooler Weather in Southwest Florida Please remember that the temperatures above are historical averages and are not a guarantee of the weather during your stay. Cold fronts can occasionally bring significantly cooler temperatures to Cape Coral, especially from December through February. For example, temperatures in the Cape Coral–Fort Myers area dropped into the upper 30s during a January 2025 cold snap, and another strong cold front in November 2025 brought morning temperatures into the low 40s. These colder periods can significantly affect the performance of an electric pool heater. Please Keep in Mind Pool heat can make swimming much more comfortable during Florida's cooler months, but pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor air temperature, overnight temperatures, wind, rain, cold fronts, and other weather conditions can all affect how quickly the pool warms and the temperature it can maintain. For the best experience, we recommend checking the weather forecast shortly before your arrival before purchasing pool heat.
