While the boat lift is not for guest use, there's a space at the private dock to accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in size. Inside, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the larger-than-life TV, or serving brunch poolside on the patio. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's sunny adventures. Things to Know To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Two crates are provided for convenience. Garage access is off limits for guests Parking: the City of Cape Coral prohibits boat trailers from being parked in the front driveway, this property does not allow trailers to be parked on the side or back yards. Any infractions or fines will be passed along to guests who do not adhere to these regulations.
