Inside, the spacious layout offers two living areas, giving everyone room to gather or relax. The main living room features a large sectional and a 75” smart TV, while the game room offers a pool table for friendly competition. A second living area includes a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 65” smart TV. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a Breville espresso machine. An adjacent dining table seats eight, making it easy to share meals and plan the next day's adventures. The primary suite features a king bed, 55” smart TV, direct access to the lanai, and a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and tiled walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, while two additional queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. Step outside to the screened lanai, furnished with comfortable cushioned seating, three pool loungers, and an outdoor dining table for four. The 6-foot-deep saltwater pool offers a refreshing place to cool off under the Florida sun, while the private dock accommodates boats up to 24 feet for access to the surrounding waterways.
