Plenty of options wait within minutes of home base, yet you may find it difficult to leave the comfort of your own oasis with the private pool, gas grill, and ample lounge chairs waiting for you right outside. When everyone gathers inside, the open layout of this single-story home will be accessible for all and provide plenty of room to spread out between each charming communal area and bedroom. Homecooked meals are just waiting to be prepared in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, a dishwasher, and wicker chairs at the breakfast bar. The rest of the gang can kick back and enjoy a movie on the TV or get a bit of remote work done while away using the free WiFi. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool heat is available (Oct 1-May 1) with a fee of $32+tax per day and requires a 72-hour notice. (It will take 72 hours to heat, temp is set to 87 degrees.) Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
