This four-bedroom getaway features an open and airy floorplan with a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and built-in desk, indoor and outdoor dining tables for meals or rainy day games, and a comfortably-furnished living area - perfect for enjoying movies together after days swimming in the pool, exploring the city, or fishing from the dock. For sleeping arrangements, the first main bedroom is just to the left as you walk through the living room from the front door. This charming room features private access out to the lanai and an en suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are clustered together in one section of the home beyond the kitchen. The first guest bedroom also features private patio access, while the third and fourth guest rooms are connected via a shared bath. Things to Know Free High-Speed WiFi Snowbird-friendly TV streaming services require guests' own accounts * Please note that seasonal pool heat costs $32/day plus tax. Three-day minimum. Must be notified 72 hours in advance as it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Pool heat is only available between October 1st and May 1st. ** The boat lift is not for guest use
