Back at home on the grounds, spend your afternoons cooling off in a heated outdoor pool overlooking the ICW. As one of the rare three-bedroom, three-bathroom condos in the area, this home greets you with an impressive amount of space. The open living area is beautifully illuminated with sunlight and harbor views, creating the ideal space to gather. There's a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and ample room to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the balcony. In the evenings, you'll find TVs in all three bedrooms - each of which is paired with a full bathroom. The primary suite boasts a scenic waterfront position with direct access to the balcony.
