Enjoy a convenient location just minutes from I-40 and Champion Drive in Canton, with paved access and a scenic drive along the winding mountain roads leading to the home. Explore nearby Canton and Chestnut Mountain Nature Park, known for its hiking and mountain biking trails, or head to Lake Junaluska for golf, walking trails, fishing, and water activities. Downtown Waynesville is less than 15 miles away, while Asheville is about 20 miles away, putting restaurants, shopping, outdoor adventures, and local attractions within easy reach. For a scenic day trip, explore the Blue Ridge Parkway or nearby Pisgah National Forest. Stretch out on the sectional in the light-filled great room and watch a movie on the smart TV. THINGS TO KNOW • No large trucks, work vehicles, or trailers are allowed at this home. • A wood furnace previously heated the home, and a slight smoky smell may linger. • The loft receives natural morning light. • The fireplace is not operational. • This three-level home is accessed via three steps. • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. • All guests must abide by our Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. • All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Bathrooms will have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
