ABOUT THE HOUSE Two living rooms, an expansive deck, and three peaceful bedrooms offer plenty of indoor and outdoor space for six guests to relax and unwind on Saltwater Town Cove. Hardwood floors shine on the ground floor, where you'll find the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, plus the three bedrooms. The living room offers ample seating on multiple couches and chairs, elegant ocean-themed artwork, and a beautiful area rug with a nautical sensibility. Natural light pours in through a row of skylights, and two AC units add comfort. Kick back and watch shows on the 54” flat-screen TV. The window-lined dining area seats eight, and the newly remodeled kitchen is a dream to cook in. Highlights include a double-door fridge, recessed lighting, tile floors, and dishwasher. Brew a fresh cup and sit down with the paper at a breakfast bar with four stools. Stunning cove views can be seen through big windows. Each of the three bedrooms comes with their own AC unit. The master bedroom features a king bed and a 39” TV, the second bedroom is a queen, and the third has two twin beds. The shared bathroom on the ground level has a peach color palette, intricate tile work, and a walk-in shower. The lower-level bathroom also boasts a walk-in shower.
