This three-story home is scenically situated between Manuel F. Correllus State Forest to the west and the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary to the east. It's a wonderful location whether you're headed to town or the beach, with downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven all within four miles. Spend your days at Inkwell Beach, Joseph Sylvia State Beach, or Lighthouse Beach, and be greeted back at home by a lovely, tree-lined yard. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering salt or sand, as well as a back deck with a gas grill and cushioned seating where you can relax all afternoon. Inside, find a breezy living space with exposed beams, incredible natural light, and an open, lofty layout.
