Explore multiple golf courses, rent a boat for a relaxing day on the water, or catch up on a little work using the home office setup with wifi, desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Fenwick Island State Park, Assawoman Wildlife Area, Ocean City, Rehoboth, Dewey, and the Lewes beaches are all nearby. You’ll also have access to the community outdoor pool where you can lounge poolside with a good book or cool off with a refreshing dip! Inside, you’ll feel right at home in the bright, cozy living area bursting with natural light, elegant furnishings, and coastal decor with pleasant pops of blue. Prepare snacks and home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, hosting a large island and stainless steel appliances, before gathering to dine and play board games at the adjacent table. As golden hour approaches, sink into the plush sofa to have family movie night on the large smart TV, or unwind in the screened-in patio to watch the skies morph pink and gold. The home enjoys a BBQ area with an outdoor dining area and a convenient gas grill - ideal for summertime barbecues! Guests are welcome to the amenities located inside the garage. However, garage parking is unavailable. Please respect the no pet policy. You must be 25 or older to rent this property. Pool hours 10AM - 8PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. No more than 4 people per home allowed at the pool at one time. All guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fob is required to use the pool and one is included with the rental. NOTE: A $100 fee will be assessed for any lost or stolen fobs. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
