This single-story home sits about two blocks from downtown Glen Arbor, a community that boasts an incredible location along the Crystal River, the Glen Lakes, and Lake Michigan. It's the perfect home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the stunning trails and beaches that await in every direction. The surrounding Leelanau Peninsula is known for its spectacular fall foliage, local wineries and breweries, and fantastic opportunities for boating, fishing, and kayaking. Back in town, you'll find public tennis and pickleball courts and an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops mere blocks away. Summer days are for spending time outdoors and this property offers plenty of space for doing so. Sip your morning coffee in cushioned seats on the front porch, host afternoon barbecues on the expansive back deck, and gather around the firepit for s'mores and stories in the crisp night air.
