Glen Arbor has really nice pickleball and tennis courts. There is also fishing from the beach or chartered fishing, and the Crystal River has fantastic kayaking really close to South Beach. Upon entering, you will encounter an open floor plan with lovely furniture, flawless carpet, and unobstructed views. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area as you stream a favorite movie or show on the smart TV if you are visiting during the winter months, the wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and warm. The kitchen has been redone and offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Attached to the living area is a covered deck where you can lounge and delight yourself with spectacular sunsets, looking at North and South Manitou islands. Additional perks include board games and an on-site washer/dryer. Please note that this property does not have A/C.
