Heaven on the Bay offers a relaxed Marco Island setting with water views, a private balcony, and resort amenities that make it easy to enjoy your time both in and around the home. The single-level layout accommodates up to four guests and features two queen beds in the bedroom, along with a full bathroom. The balcony is a natural spot to pause and take in the waterview, while the shared outdoor spaces offer even more opportunities to enjoy the Florida setting. Guests can make use of two shared pools and hot tubs, a pickleball court, and a shared grill. A bait shop is also available on the property. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining table. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer and dryer provide everyday comforts during your stay. Things to Know: There is a QR code that will be emailed or texted to you on the week of your arrival, you will need to have it on hand to access the community at the front gate. Guests are required to check with the office within 24 hrs of arrival to register for a parking permit. If the office is closed, please see security in the golf cart on the property. No parking fee required unless staying 30 days or more. Please read the confirmation email for gate access upon arrival.
