A network of walking paths connects you to other Millville community amenities, including tennis courts and lakefront recreation facilities. The porch makes a perfect spot for morning coffee and/or afternoon cocktails, and the kids and family dogs alike will love stretching out in the spacious, grassy yard. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a Smart TV for cozy family movie nights, and the upper living area includes a second Smart TV, books, and board games for added entertainment options. The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding! Please remember to leave the pool cards and fobs behind, or a $100 charge per card will apply. Trash is to be taken out after your stay. This is not part of the housekeeping trash days: Monday for Tuesday pickup and every other week for recycling. Any trash left behind will be a $75 charge to each renter. Thank you. This property does not have cable. Streaming with guest accounts is available through Amazon Firestick. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
