Situated in Millville's Sand Dollar Village community, on-site features include an outdoor pool (seasonal), exercise cabana, and a lakeside park with a playground and picnic areas. A network of walking paths connects you to other Millville community amenities including tennis courts, and lakefront recreation facilities. The porch makes a perfect spot for morning coffee and or afternoon cocktails and the kids and family dogs alike will love stretching out in the spacious, grassy yard. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace, and smart TV for cozy family movie nights and the upper living area includes a second smart TV, books, and board games for added entertainment options. Satisfy hungry appetites with stress-free meal prep in the well-equipped full kitchen and enjoy meals together at the dining table set for six. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!
