Nearby attractions include Bethany Beach Boardwalk (shuttles available in summer), Ocean View Brewing Company, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, and Barn Hill Preserve of Delaware - all within five miles from home. Outside, you’ll notice a spacious lawn and a furnished front porch. Take a minute out of the day to sit and relax. You’ll also have dock access to a pond for non-motorized water sports. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone! There is an elegant living area with a sofa and a smart TV, perfect for downtime. Whip up crowd-pleasing recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather in the pleasant dining area for life’s special moments. There is no shortage of recreational activities in this emerging community. With granted access, you can spend the day at one of the sparkling shared pools splashing in the water or simply lounging in the sun. From pickleball and basketball to a fitness room, you’ll have plenty of reasons for fun! We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding! Please remember to leave the pool cards and fobs behind or a 100$ charge per card Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made). Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable).
