The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining space, and kitchen. Large windows frame stunning water views, filling the space with natural light. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, featuring a dining table suitable for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful surroundings. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and ensures a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen-size bed. Two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy. Outside, the private pool and hot tub beckon for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak. Enjoy outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for al fresco dining. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet. This home is designed for families and is suitable for children and infants. Things to Know: HOA Disclaimer: This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information (Copies of ID, Social Security Number, and/or Background Checks) and payment to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking. Guests will have access to their pool, spa appointments, dining and special events, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and gym. The Player's Club golf course is not available but there are two public golf courses in Lely Resort to book and pay for tee times: Mustang and Flamingo. If guests choose not to do the Player's Club, guests have access to the public golf courses and there is one restaurant open to the public: Sam Snead's Tavern.
