Welcome to the penthouse with ocean views and bay views. Boasting spectacular beach and ocean views outdoors along with seaside decor and colors indoors, this comfortable, 14th-floor retreat is a perfect option for your next Ocean City vacation! Step into this two-story condo and find a well-equipped, galley kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. Dine together inside at the nearby table, or head out to your furnished balcony for the ultimate alfresco experience. This condo also features a sunlit living area with two sofas and a cable-equipped TV plus a second balcony off the main bedroom. On-site take advantage of the many resort-style amenities at your fingertips including a shared, indoor pool, fitness room, and easy beach access. Resort Amenities - Indoor pool - Fitness room - Outdoor shower - Beach access Things to Know Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time. Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits and registration is only seasonal and only required between May and mid September. If booking outside of this timeframe, you do not need to abide by the above and are welcome to park anywhere. Parking permits can be obtained at the Coastal Resort office located in the lobby on the right hand side. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted. Parking permits MUST be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense Additional Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The Century 1 building includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Please be advised the Century Building is currently undergoing a restoration project. This unit is not currently scheduled for construction, but we wanted to make all potential guests aware that other areas of the building may be experiencing construction during your stay. Per the building's management team UNITS FROM THE 25th FLOOR DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR, ENDING in 01, 02, 03, or 04 ARE THE ONLY AREAS AFFECTED AT THIS TIME. Per Ocean City requirements, construction is not permitted between the hours of midnight and 7am. Furthermore, there are restrictions on the noise levels as during the day construction noise cannot exceed 90 decibels. We appreciate your understanding that this project is outside of our domain. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
