This sunny studio has a cute balcony with partial views of the bay and a small dining area that makes the balcony a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy the breeze. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has an inviting living area with a Murphy bed and a convenient smart TV with streaming services, which means you don't have to stop watching your favorite series while on vacation! The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and beach snacks - it even has another smart TV! And when it comes to laundry, you have a stackable washer/dryer. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
