Your spacious two-bedroom getaway boasts two furnished full-width balconies meant for peaceful gazing and dreaming of all the fun and memories that your vacation can provide. Featuring the largest floor plan with 1,260 square feet of beach living, enjoy a peaceful blue and yellow color palate. Whip up favorite recipes in the newly renovated kitchen, detailed with black granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, white subway tile backsplash, and a four-seat kitchen bar that keeps the kids happy. Enjoy the relaxation of the fireplace glow as you unwind in the living room and listen to the waves crashing on the seashore. The space is complete with a sofa bed and a 75-inch smart TV with surround sound and Direct TV. Two stylish suites offer king beds and TVs - one of which includes a fireplace. A washer/dryer adds a layer of comfort during your stay. Things to Know Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time. Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits and registration is only seasonal and only required between May and mid September. If booking outside of this timeframe, you do not need to abide by the above and are welcome to park anywhere. Parking permits can be obtained at the Coastal Resort office located in the lobby on the right hand side. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted. Parking permits MUST be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense Additional Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 building includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. The unit and building are not handicap accessible. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
