And when you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar or at the in-kitchen dining table. Before bed, catch unforgettable views from the deck and utilize the private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits. Rest comfortably amidst the soft linens, lovely views, and private TVs in the bedrooms. Less than six miles from your stay, explore Northside Park, Paradise Watersports, Baja Amusements, Lost Treasure Golf, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Boat slip is not included Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
