This townhouse is located in the popular bay-front resort of Sunset Island. Also, you'll be just a three-block walk to the ocean for a truly wonderful location. The home has comfortable sleeping accommodations throughout its five bedrooms, and you can spread out for plenty of privacy. There are four TVs and a total of three balconies for outside enjoyment. There is free WiFi for your convenience, as well as a two-car garage and a parking pad. Enjoy the convenience of an outside shower after a long day at the beach. WHAT’S NEARBY This 37-acre gated area is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are perfect for a family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be just two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store and 24-hour security, gated access, and an interactive fountain. THINGS TO KNOW Please note: there is a building registration fee and additional surcharges that vary by season. A detailed breakdown is outlined in booking info. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
