Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a beachy, carefree vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. You'll love the many upgrades, from new flooring, heating, and cooling to an updated kitchen and a fresh coat of paint. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the scenic balcony. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a formal dining table next to a hand-painted mural. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a beautiful night's rest from the day's activities. The main bedroom boasts a TV for private viewing, a private entrance to the balcony, and a lovely en suite bathroom. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. This building is not equipped with an elevator. Stairs are required to access the condo. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The indoor pool and tennis court are not for guest use. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
