Located on the 18th floor of the Golden Sands building, this condo is a sure bet for your coastal getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight both the open living area and the main suite, showcasing incredible ocean views. When you stay at this lovely beachfront community, enjoy amazing amenities such as a pool, tennis, sauna, and game room! The immaculate kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite recipes, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. For added entertainment after fun-filled days, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the living area's smart TV. When it's time to call it a night, the bedrooms have their own smart TVs. A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping space. This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south. Things to Know Streaming is available with your own login. The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions: NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number. ***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number. ***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. *** Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
