As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will encounter a unique layout with an open floor plan that seamlessly combines living and dining areas into one. Come back from the beach to spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained. If you are in a more competitive mood, break out any of the provided board games and get ready for an entertaining evening with your friends! The kitchen has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. The home offers a screened porch that adds an extra living space and a deck that is perfect for family gatherings. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a large smart TV on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Additional perks include a laundry area on the second floor with a washer/dryer, a desk in one of the bedrooms, and free WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
