Here you'll have access to an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach. What's nearby: This condo has a great Midtown location with many restaurants and bars nearby. Some local favorites include Seacrets and Dumser's Ice Cream. Nick's Maui Golf and Action Watersports are just walking distance–less than half a mile away! Tour Ocean City and end your day on the Ocean City Boardwalk where you can find fun for everyone! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen **Although this is an oceanfront property, the ocean view from the unit is affected by the sand dunes. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
