Tune into a family movie night, while being comfortable and cool thanks to the condo's central air-conditioning. And put together a delicious homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen, utilizing its sprawling counter space. For your total convenience, enjoy access to a private washer/dryer. In the primary bedroom find a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. And in all the bedrooms rest assured that comfort is key as you enjoy the cute beach-themed decor and tuck under the soft bedding come nightfall. Outside, swim in the shared pool after a sunshine-filled day out on the boardwalk. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
