KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the farmhouse-style dining table for meals. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo sleeps up to nine guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 39” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. The third bedroom is appointed with a twin bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. THE LOCATION Your condo is situated just 200’ from the Atlantic. Local shops and restaurants are within a few blocks. Roller coasters and a waterpark at Jolly Roger Amusement Park are within an 11-minute drive. The iconic Ocean City Boardwalk is a 14-minute drive. For a day of crabbing, kayaking, and fishing, drive 8 minutes to the Isle of Wight. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
