You will be surrounded with all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, dishwasher, two flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi. On hot summer days, enjoy a refreshing dip in the shared oceanfront pool with large sundeck. The building also offers secured entrances, laundry facilities, and a small gym. Coastal Highway is lined with numerous restaurants. No trip to Ocean City is complete without visiting the famous boardwalk for rides, games, food, and beach shopping. The boardwalk tram starts on 27th St. and runs to the inlet for fun and easy transportation. You will find the Tanger Outlets on Rt. 50 in West Ocean City for all your shopping needs. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. You must park in your 1 assigned space, 1808. A parking fee is in effect from May 1st through the end of September. It's $65, weekly. Parking fee must be paid at the management office, located on first floor of building . If after hours and building office is closed please go register in the morning. Failure to pay the parking fee may result in ticket/tow. Additional spots may be available for purchase at the management office's discretion. The parking clearance is 7 feet. The assigned parking will not accommodate oversized vehicles. Please ensure to display any necessary permit at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
