Drive a little more than six miles to experience the amusement rides, arcade games, and other attractions Ocean City Boardwalk has to offer. After a day of adventuring, come back to your newly renovated vacation home. Boasting new furniture and bedding, you'll get the solace you've been craving. Lounge comfortably on the furniture in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the TV and basking in the abundance of natural light seeping through the windows. Speaking of which, nature enthusiasts will love the fact you can indulge in peekaboo bay views and that this condo faces the bird sanctuary. Featuring a full suite of appliances, the group chef will love crafting culinary masterpieces in the kitchen for everyone. Enjoy the food together at the dining table or snack at the kitchen bar. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
