This condo's private southern-facing balcony has a view of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. Enjoy swimming in the shared indoor pool just downstairs or walk out to the beach and enjoy a day in the sun just steps away. Come home from a day of family fun and the well-equipped kitchen, which is great for making popcorn for a movie night with the family after a long day of fun. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The indoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This home is equipped with a queen air mattress for additional sleeping space. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
