This property is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and plenty of entertainment options, many of which are within walking distance. Plan a day of fun at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park, four miles south, or at the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and gift shops, just five miles south. And if you're craving a little retail therapy, take a seven mile drive to visit the Outlets Ocean City. Enjoy a variety of on-site resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room, game room, sports courts, and a summertime bar and grill. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions: NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number. ***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number. ***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time.
