The private beach area is located in front of the complex (west side of the dune) for Ocean Colony guests and, additionally, guests will be granted access to a community outdoor pool for refreshing times. Spend fun evenings taking photos, browsing on your phone, or sharing a fun conversation with your loved ones at the spacious and covered deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks on the go. Things to Know No pets and no smoking, please. Bedroom 3 is located in a loft area Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
