After a day of sun and fun, sit back and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the bayside balcony. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo was updated in 2021 and offers tasteful furnishings, brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer. You'll love the convenient location where you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores, all within walking distance. Northside Park is nearby, host to July 4th fireworks which you can see from the bayside balcony, and there are many other seasonal activities and events to check out. The Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a shared oceanfront swimming pool, tennis court, sun deck, and on-site management/security. RESORT AMENITIES - Pool THINGS TO KNOW A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in. No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
