What's nearby: Located on the upper end of the island, known for being less crowded, the shoreline will be less crowded while still being just as pristine as other areas nearby! Simply bring a towel and some sunscreen, and you’re all set for a blissful day on the beach in North Ocean City. After working up an appetite, you will be in luck, as a plethora of local restaurants are within walking distance from the beach. Plus, if you brought the kids along, Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a short four-mile drive down the coast offering waterslides, a lazy river, and more! It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
